“Wolfgang’s Steakhouse TEPPAN,” a new Teppan-yaki concept, opens on 7th Floor in “KIRARI TO GINZA,” a shopping complex in Ginza, Tokyo. This new concept was created based on the knowledge and skills gained by operating Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, which aims to be opened internationally.
~Offering the “Quality, Aging, Teppan Grilling” Prime Steak~
Concept is Teppan-yaki of the Wolfgang’s unparalleled steak – “Quality, Aging and Broiling.” USDA Prime beef that is stored in an in-house aging room for long-term dry-aging, is grilled on Teppan right at the guests’ table. Offers 3 “CHEF’S TABLE” course menus, grill at the table with “live” grilling feeling, 3 “KAISEKI” menus in private rooms for private parties, also plenty of a la cart guests can pick and choose.

Teppans are lined up in gorgeous yet sophisticated interior with the touch of Japanese “Zen” atmosphere, designed by Mr. Taiju Yamashita, the President/founder of DRAFT Inc. 4 private rooms are also offered to server new “KAISEKI” steakhouse style for private parties.
